Pre-Orders

You will be charged for pre-orders when you place the order. We will use your chosen method of delivery as soon as your pre-ordered items are ready for shipping. Orders containing PRE-ORDER items will be shipped when all items in the order can be fulfilled.

Shipping

All our deliveries require a signature upon delivery, no exceptions.

●     Processing time

Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed.  Once your package has been fulfilled, an email will be sent confirming the tracking number.

Once processed, you will receive your order within 2-7 business days.  We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.

All merchandise is currently shipped via DHL- both domestic and international

We are not liable for wrong information being entered during the checkout process. If you do not provide the right shipping address we are not required to refund. Please make sure all your shipping information is correct before finalizing the order.

All international packages may be subject to taxes and duties, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. This charge is not calculated into the total price at checkout. All-Peace cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. The customer's country's local customs office will assess the additional customs fees and notify the customer of this additional charge. The amount of the charge is completely at the discretion of one's local government.

 If you refuse a shipment from All-Peace, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to All-Peace. This amount will be deducted from your refund to cove return shipping. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Returns

At All-Peace we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and won’t have to return. However we understand how tricky online shopping can be so here is our return policy.

●     We will gladly accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and hygienic liners attached for either a refund, or store credit. All return requests must be made within 10 days after the date of delivery.

●     There should be no fake tan, deodorant or make up.

●     We can only process a refund back to the original payment method, and we do not refund any shipping fees. Any redelivery shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

●     Your refund would be processed within 5-10 working days of receiving the item (this depends on your bank)

●     We advise against using carriers such as FEDEX, UPS, TNT and DHL as they add surcharges without prior notice

●     We recommend that you use assigned-for service. For international returns, please ensure that you mark your package as ‘Returned Goods’ and declare the value as low otherwise you would have to pay for all customs duties and taxes. We will not cover any additional return custom charges and you will need to contact your courier to resolve this.

●     ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE

●     No Exchanges or Returns will be Accepted on Sale Items
